Meet Alan
Owner / Operator
Alan Pfaff has worked in the hospitality industry since he was nineteen years old. He holds more than fifteen years of combined bartending, management, and operations experience with a background ranging from fine dining and family restaurants, to sports bars and local dive joints.
Raised in the DFW Metroplex, Alan attended from the University of North Texas and has dedicated himself to his career.
With a passion for food, beverage, and service, Alan’s level-headed ability to strategize, execute plans, and problem-solve makes him a critical member to the operations team.
Alan has a talent for cultivating an empowering work culture and will be building a team of dedicated staff to execute City Bar’s mission.
